BlockZap Privacy Policy

BlockZap is a free-to-play puzzle game by Foxglow Games. This policy explains what data the app and its third-party services collect, and how it is used.

Information We Collect

BlockZap has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or precise location. Your scores, settings and progress are stored only on your device. Through the third-party services below, the app automatically collects: device identifiers (such as the Android advertising ID and a Firebase installation ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, how you use the app (for example games played, scores, ad interactions), and crash and performance diagnostics.

Analytics and Crash Reporting

We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the game is used and to find and fix crashes. These services receive anonymous usage events, device and OS information, crash logs and a Firebase installation ID. We do not use this data to identify you.

Advertising

The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use your advertising ID, IP address (approximate location) and ad interaction data to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud. Where required (for example in the EEA and UK) we ask for your consent before requesting ads, and you can change your choice any time from Settings > Ad Privacy Options. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads). Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play; we never see or store your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history so that purchases such as removing ads can be restored.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the service providers above (Google AdMob, Firebase and RevenueCat), who process it to provide advertising, analytics, crash reporting and purchase management. All data is sent over encrypted connections.

Retention and Deletion

Game data on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Because we hold no account or personal profile, we cannot look up or delete data about you from our side. You can reset your advertising ID in your Android settings, and you can contact us with any request.

Children

BlockZap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us.
